USAntibiotics has been nominated in the 2026 “Coolest Thing Made in Tennessee” competition, an annual statewide initiative celebrating the innovative products manufactured across Tennessee and the companies that produce them.
Hosted by the Tennessee Manufacturers Association, the competition highlights the diversity of products made across the state — from food and pharmaceuticals to vehicles, advanced machinery and more — while raising awareness of the important role manufacturing plays in Tennessee’s economy.
USAntibiotics was nominated for Amoxil® and Augmentin®, its life-saving amoxicillin products manufactured at the company’s 394,000-square-foot facility in Bristol, Tennessee. As the nation’s only manufacturer of these essential medicines, USAntibiotics produces billions of doses each year, helping ensure availability of these critical antibiotics while strengthening the domestic pharmaceutical supply chain.
Following the public voting period, the top 16 Tennessee-made products will advance through a bracket-style competition for the opportunity to be named the 2026 “Coolest Thing Made in Tennessee.” The winner will be announced Sept. 30 during the Tennessee Manufacturing Excellence Luncheon and Expo at the Made in Tennessee Building in Lebanon, Tenn.
